  • Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use, and with all components intact.

  • Products with signs of use, damage, or missing elements are not accepted for return.

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., tapes, bandages, compression items).

  • Cosmetic and medical products if the packaging is opened.

  • Custom-made products.

  • Prepare the product – ensure it meets the return conditions.

  • Send the product – shipping is at the buyer’s expense if the return reason is not due to a defect.

  • Refund – after inspecting the product, the money will be refunded to your account within 5-10 working days.

  1. Exchange and Defective Returns

  • If you received a defective product, we will replace it for free or refund your money.

  • To arrange a return for a defective product, provide photos or videos of the item with the defect.
